Exchange Policy:

All items sold in our Used Tack section is sold as is" and we do not provide refunds or exchanges on those items.  All Sales are final.

We will provide an exchange policy for our custom items if we have been proven to have made an error to the order.   All sales are otherwise final.

*Merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition within seven days of purchase and restocking fees may apply.  Custom merchandise may not be returned for a refund, we will provide a store credit on all returned items.   Buyer assumes responsibility of all shipping fees.

Shipping:

Most of our sales are custom orders; orders may take between 6 to 8 weeks to receive.   Items will ship USPS.

Tax:

Minnesota residents are subject to a 6.5% sales tax.
